•How do I order?
Simply refer to our step-by-step Ordering Guide on the right (also featured on our Online Order Form) for hassle-free ordering.^
•Do you have Rush Fees?
Yes, we do. Customized cakes take a long time to produce as details are taken into consideration. We would like you to be very satisfied with your order. As such, time is set aside for crafting and drying. To minimize this amount, designs may be simplified or modified.
We would like to offer our service by phoning, texting or emailing you a few weeks before about your possible order. This way we can prepare in advance and book the date for you. Also, this will avoid the rush fee included during peak weeks. Please text, fax or email your contact details with the important dates and names of your loved ones' special days. ^
•What are your Cancellation Policies?
We require at least 48 hours for cancellations as these are made-to-order and reserve the right to retain down payments to cover costs incurred.^
•What are your Refund Policies?
Should you disapprove the order made, you may request the service of our decorators to make minor revisions. In addition, a refund may be granted if orders are returned in the same condition in which they were received (intact).
The order is produced according to specifications made in the Job Order. The customer's signature or confirmation of details therein and/ or any down payment given, signify acceptance of the Job Order. Orders are made entirely by hand. The company cannot assure exact color or image likeness. It will help if the customer supply us with their expected outcome in design and color.
•How long before can I revise my order?
Please allow the following days for any changes in your order:

•How long will the cakes last?
A cake usually stays fresh, without refrigeration for about 2-3 days. It is best to refrigerate before this length of time if cake has been cut. If refrigerated, it should last for about a week.
•What are your Delivery Rates?

How Do I Order...
Thru The Website?
Simply fill up and submit our Online Order Form. Expect a confirmation of your order details via email.
By Email?
Select a couple of cake designs from our Gallery. Attach cake design photos (or their album & photo names/numbers), indicate preferred cake size/s, and send to any of our branch email addresses. If you already have a photo of your desired cake design, attach it (as jpeg), indicate preferred cake size/s and send to any of our branch email addresses.
By Phone?
Call any of our branches, ask for any Account Executive and discuss your order. Expect a Job Order upon your confirmation via email.
Thru One of Your Branches?
Visit a branch. View albums, see sample sizing and discuss with our Account Executives. Expect a Job Order upon your confirmation via email.
